comes standard with Scoutware.
CLIENT SERVICES
Our Client Services team offers a seamless service that begins with an
initial interview continues throughout your Scoutware use. From day
one, we'll guide you through the building and customization of your site,
transferring of data into Scoutware, core training on how to use our software,
specific training on how to create visually compelling content, as well
as on-going support at no additional charge. If you would prefer to see
us in person, we also offer on site training as well.
Since Scoutware was
founded in 2001, we have trained over 2,000 coaches with varying
levels of computer literacy. We tailor our training sessions to meet the
specific needs of our clients and focus not just on how to use Scoutware
but how to use it to accomplish your goals.
We offer introductory and ongoing
training in several formats, including written documentation, multimedia
tutorials, webinars, and most importantly one-on-one customized training
sessions. This dedicated after-sales service offers personal information
and assistance on all the details to ensure you are getting the most out
of Scoutware.

UNLIMITED TRAINING
Our training is completely unlimited, free of charge, and can be
repeated as often as desired. For those users that want to take the next
step with Scoutware we also work with to show them third party software
so that they can get the most out of Scoutware. We even provide an image
capturing and editing tool called SnagIt to all of our coaches so that
they easily create their own content for emails.

CREATIVE SERVICES
Scoutware's creative services team is one of the best in the business.
We work with you to develop your own customized email graphics such
as banners and letterheads, which will visually enhance your emails. Every
Scoutware client is provided with an initial graphics package, with
the ability to purchase additional graphics, or better yet, learn how to
create your own custom graphics through Scoutware training.

FREE UPGRADES
The email landscape includes a never ending infusion of new platforms
and readers on the PC, Mac, Palm, Blackberry, Pocket PC, Sidekick, various cell phones,
iPODs, hybrid MP3 players, email appliances, gaming devices, and more. Seems like a new
option presents itself every day. At Scoutware,
we are constantly testing
and refining Scoutware to ensure that your messages are delivered in
the best format possible as well as maintain their integrity when forwarded
and replied to.
As a trusted email service provider, we are in the loop
as ISP's continue to alter their requirements in the ongoing battle
against spam. All development necessary to ensure that your messages keep
getting delivered in the proper format is included under the license.

We are also continually developing Scoutware to provide
premium communication tools. 2006 saw advances in areas such as interactive
Scoutware Letterhead, dynamic newsletters, linked file attachments, and
text messaging. Scoutware clients received all of these enhancements and
