The increased involvement from alumni can be best seen through the results of the “Juniata Football Alumni Golf Outing”. From the ability to better connect with alumni through Scoutware, Juniata was able to start an annual fundraising golf tournament for their alumni. The Juniata football staff utilized Scoutware to send out invitations and reminders in the weeks and days before the event. In just two years Juniata was able to triple the number of alumni participants, a feat they say they could not have accomplished without Scoutware.
